Seeing as I am currently cracking down on self-help myths at the moment I thought this was interesting. Stephen over at HD BizBlog has done some research about the commonly held belief you can change an habit in 21 days.
I’m all for simplifying life, after all too much of anything is bad. As such, this post over at the ever impressive Zen Habits interested me and covers how to escape materialism.
