		<description>Good points. Almost all drinks nowadays seem to contain large quantities sugars, calories etc. Even juice drinks. I personally stick primarily to water, green tea and smoothies.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve switched to drinking more water and zero calorie drinks. You really have to be careful - not just of fizzy drinks, but juice type drinks. Vitamin Water, for example, I originally thought was healthy but it is FULL of sugar and those calories really add up. Once I took a closer look at the serving size, I was shocked! I never liked plain water much myself, but  I bought a small bottle of lime juice at the grocery store, and just put a squirt into each glass. It makes such a difference! And it&#039;s easier than keeping cut wedges around.
