I used to use OpenOffice Draw, though with these new templates I use OpenOffice Calc. If you need any further explanation then leave a comment.

Thanks for sharing these. Can you tell me what program you used to create them? I just started using your weekly planner, which I found very useful this week, but I have some changes I would make for my own long-term use and wanted to create my own. Thanks!

One of the advantages of the weekly planner is I don't have to worry about keeping it neat, as I print out a new one every week. On the vertical map you could try crossing out the short-lived stuff as you complete them and then every week/month print a new sheet. I know it requires a bit of re-writing but it's a good opportunity to re-evaluate your long term items. I hope that helps.

Hi James.

Excellent, I love the vertical map and the generic weekly planner. With respect to the vertical map, do you have an idea how to make it less volatile? I've resorted to not listing my runway and 10,000ft items there because I don't want to throw away the whole sheet containing long-term items whenever the short-lived stuff changes.
