Fantastic! Life really does work much better when we follow our natural energy patterns.

About ten years ago, I had someone tell me that THE best time to get things done was early in the morning, and that I should get up at the crack of dawn. Problem is, my brain doesn't even really turn on until later in the morning. However, between the hours of 11PM and 2AM I am a raging machine of productivity and creativity.

My friend meant well, but his perspective was that HE gets a lot of things done well in the morning. I took him at his intention of trying to help me with good advice, and then did what was right for me.

I saw a great quote on a Starbucks cup recently, "I've met night people and morning people, but I have yet to meet an afternoon person." So, do what works for you!
