		<description>You&#039;re right, it is a good thing. It works like a trigger. Once you&#039;ve off balance far too long... bang! And you&#039;ve fallen off. For me, it&#039;s a new start every time but also, all the falls help develop different aspects of practicing GTD like looking at the lists, capturing stuff, reviewing, etc. Not all of it works well but I&#039;m pretty happy and eventually I will get there!</description>
