		<description>While I agree that your water intake doesn&#039;t just have to come directly from water (you can get it from fruit for instance), there is evidence to suggest drinks like coffee and beer dehydrate you (hence why you get hangovers) which actually defeats the point of it. Drinking lots of beer is bad for you anyway...</description>

		<description>Eight glasses of water a day? I think it&#039;s good to drink that amount of liquid, but it doesn&#039;t have to be water. Coffee or beer will keep you hydrated just as well and is a lot nicer to drink.</description>
