		<description>Interruptions and difficulty in prioritizing are my biggest obstacles to being productive. I am lucky enough that I believe I can now have quiet, closed door productive time after some physical rearrangements, but getting priorities correct will still have to be worked on.

Jennifer, customer service positions are the worst scenario for productive time for sure. Have you thought about keeping track or looking back at what patterns of interruption there are, such as what times during the day are the least likely to be a problem and scheduling your work around that? Just a thought. Or maybe track when the &lt;em&gt;most&lt;/em&gt; problems are, be sure to leave that as interruption time and work on contexts that you can easily recover from? That might at least reduce the frustration factor when interruptions do occur.</description>

I work in a busy hotel where customer service is our priority so guest issues must be handled immediately. I find that everything needs to be handled right away.
