		<description>Good post thanks. It is very interesting to see how people define need, should and want as you have referred to above. I find people get these confused on a regular basis, which often means things get done at the last minute.</description>

While keeping many tasks available, moving the &lt;em&gt;needs&lt;/em&gt; versus the &lt;em&gt;wants&lt;/em&gt; to next actions seems to solve the problem. And having my GTD system available to me at work on my Windows machine, at home on my Macs and even available from my cell phone, makes it easy to do frequent reviews to make sure my needs are always in front of me.
