Even if you don't agree with the idea of global warming, the ice caps melting, etc. the way we all live is unsustainable. There aren't enough resources in the world you support our population growth. The climate may indeed be changing naturally but we're still running out of food, water and fuels. You can still turn lights off or not use as much water to save money on your bills even if you don't think it's going to do much for the environment. Having an environmentally friendly lifestyle has a positive effect regardless of what side of the fence you sit on. This is the thing about the whole climate change issue. It's a tweak in the weather. Climate change happens over millenia, not decades or even centuries. Glaciers are retreating because it's the tail end of the end of the last ice age.
