		<description>Pretty much everything you do is habit. You get up at a certain time, you do certain things to get ready to leave the house, you walk the dog, you come home and plop in front of the TV, you try to get to bed at a decent time, making sure to brush your teeth...

You&#039;re right that you have to replace a habit with something else, but there&#039;s one more component - &lt;em&gt;why&lt;/em&gt; you have to do it. If that &quot;why&quot; is big enough, it will be much easier. 

I focus on the rewards of doing the better things, rather than the sacrifice of not doing the bad thing. How much better would you feel if you did your to-do list before you allowed yourself the luxury of internet surfing? How much better would you feel tomorrow, and how much more energy would you have if you don&#039;t drink tonight?</description>
