Over the time I have been working on Organize IT I have created and developed a number of useful tools, ranging from detailed ebooks to definitive lists of productivity fans on Twitter. For ease of use I have collated all these tools here in one place.
eBooks
It is with great pleasure that I introduce my first ebook, Clutter 101: The Definitive Guide To De-Cluttering Your Home. It takes a realistic look at the issue of clutter, providing practical, actionable advice on how to gain control of it. For full information and details on how to download it (it’s free), check out the dedicated page.
The second ebook is called Productivity Tips: 10 Clever Ideas For Getting Things Done. It is an expanded and updated collation of my productivity tips series to date. It’s often these small tips and tweaks – which don’t really form part of a fancy system or methodology – that make the biggest difference in your life. For full information on this release please view its dedicated page.
Templates
Listed below are all the productivity templates I have developed which you can view and print for your own purposes. The files are in PDF format so you will need Adobe Acrobat reader or an equivalent program to open the files. The templates take time to design and create so if you enjoy using these tools, a small donation would be gratefully received and will allow me to continue developing and providing them for your usage. Note that I am currently in the process of upgrading these templates so keep an eye out for announcements regarding this.
Personal productivity Twitter list
There are many productivity fans and bloggers on Twitter so it made sense to compile a list of them so that we can all connect with each other and share ideas. Be sure to leave a comment and have your profile added to the list!
Trigger list
If you are a fan of GTD you will no doubt be aware of the included trigger list which is used to brainstorm ideas and clear your head. However, the only problem with it is it’s too short. To remedy this I have created what I believe to be the biggest, definitive trigger list. Check it out and let me know how useful you find it.
Personal contract
When we sign a business contract we do so knowing we can’t break it (unless you want to face the consequences) so why not apply the same principle to yourself? Keeping personal promises is a big part of being productive so by filling in this personal contract you can gain extra motivation when you need to do something.
Moleskine resources
They are the notebook of choice for many creative people and because they are so popular an entire niche has grown around the humble Moleskine. Because I’m a fan myself, I’ve dedicated an entire post to collecting all the resources and hacks I can find. If you know of any other links please let me know!
